Life challenges can leave us struggling to adapt, and full of pain. We can ignore our discomfort, or we can grow, heal, and change. I am passionate about being a psychotherapist because I know from personal experience that facing our difficulties can be so much easier with caring and intelligent help. Working with you individually or with your partner, we can explore and collaborate to find the unique strategies that will help you align with your values, thrive in the life you deserve, and give you lasting changes that work. By emphasizing a comfortable, authentic and relatable environment, I aspire to help you feel both supported and challenged. Working together, we can help you find the life you truly desire.
My approach to therapy is holistic and integrative, through applying my diverse educational background in medical theory (Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland), neuroscience (University of Toronto), counselling psychology (Yorkville University), and research (University Health Network).
Blending these areas of study with my own experience in counselling, and a deep care and compassion for your wellbeing, we can meet your goals and help you find greater contentment and fulfillment. Additionally, I have a special interest in working with cultural concerns, as I know personally how much this can greatly influence and obstruct us from experiencing the life that we want to live.
